Team Alpine hopped on the train for a beautiful and easy train ride up to the Jungfrau region. Passing through Interlaken and up to Wengan, the Swiss Rail is the cream of the crop when it comes to train travel.  

The quaint village of Wengen is a perfect central location for skiing, mountaineering, and of course high alpine cuisine.

 

Once on top, Team Alpine made some turns and then trained up to the famous Jungfraujoch. The tunnel, taking over 16 years to complete, takes travelers up to the Top of Europe and offers views like no other.  You might have recognized this iconic station from many films.

We were surprised when we were taken into a private ice bar for more history and a toast with local bubbles.  This room is carved into a glassier that is consistently in flux.
